Unlike other license agreements that deprive you of your freedom of use, this agreement gives you full freedom of community use. All sheet music on this site is copyrighted by Scilxurkel ("Sxk").
1. Licensed Use
Sxk grants a non-exclusive, transferable right to use the sheet music on this site on multiple computers simultaneously.
2. Use of Sheet Music
2.1 You may modify, transmit, copy, or alter the sheet music and ancillary files on this site. If you wish to distribute, transfer, or publish them, please cite the original source (the MuseScore link for the sheet music) and distribute, transfer, or publish them on a non-commercial, non-profit basis. You are required to maintain the same agreement as this Agreement when modifying, copying, adapting, sharing, and republishing, i.e., you are required to share, republish, and provide the original document of this Agreement or a link to this Agreement, and require others to follow this Agreement as well..
2.2 Sxk grants you permission to play, share, reprint, or publish your sheet music in a non-commercial, non-profit format, provided that you give credit to the original source. In the case of commercial, for-profit, you need to obtain authorization before you can play, share, reprint or publish the sheet music.
3. Termination
This Agreement is terminated at any time by destroying the sheet music files and their accompanying documentation and never re-downloading the sheet music from this site. This Agreement will also terminate if any of the terms are violated.
4. Warranties
4.1 Sxk warrants that the Site will be free to download sheet music under normal circumstances (except when updating and replacing sheet music files) and that normal use will be free from problems or defects in the sheet music files. Sheet music may be updated from time to time, and you may re-download the updated sheet music when it is updated.
4.2 Sxk does not warrant that files not associated with this sheet music or the software used to open this sheet music (e.g., MuseScore and Dorico) will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that other websites not hosted on this site (e.g., Musescore.com and Mymusicsheet) on which the sheet music resides will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Fork
At no time should you make a copy of this site or fork this site unless authorized by the author. Forking this site is also considered fulfillment of this agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1 Sxk's sole remedy against the Client is to allow the Client to re-download the Sheet Music from this Website.
6.2 Sxk shall not be liable under any circumstances other than death, personal injury, for any damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of reputation, or any other consequential damages) arising out of the misuse of, or inability to use, the sheet music and its ancillary files on this site.
6.3Third party web sites provided on this site are for information purposes only and Sxk is not responsible for any content of third party web sites.
